Quality & documentation

Ask what the document proves.

A useful quality conversation distinguishes batch evidence, specification, safety data and general marketing claims. We confirm availability for the exact material being quoted.

A document hierarchy

The four files buyers ask for first.

Each document answers a different question. Treat them as a set rather than interchangeable evidence.

COA — batch-specific result

Typically reports the tested parameters and results for a stated lot. Match the product, lot, specification and testing scope to the order.

TDS — what the material is

A technical data sheet sets out product information and handling references. It is not proof that a particular lot passed analysis.

SDS — hazard communication

An SDS should be reviewed for the exact material, form and pack where available. It does not replace an import or market-access review.

QA discussion — exceptions

Ask about method, specification limits, independent testing and document language where the standard file does not answer your question.

Buyer verification

A simple sequence before payment.

Use written files and independently verify any changed payment instruction.

Frequently asked

Can you send a COA before I request a quotation?

A representative or batch-specific COA may be available after we know the product, pack, destination and intended business use. Document availability is confirmed for the exact lot being quoted.

Do you publish a fixed purity specification for every SKU?

No. The applicable specification must be confirmed for the exact product and lot. A catalogue label is not a substitute for the written specification.

Can you arrange independent testing?

Independent testing can be discussed for an agreed product, method, sample and commercial scope. The testing laboratory, acceptance criteria, cost and timing must be confirmed in writing.

Does an SDS confirm that the product can be imported?

No. An SDS provides hazard and handling information. Import, possession and resale requirements depend on the destination and the buyer's regulatory status.
