Working principles

Use the same checklist for every supplier.

  1. Start with the exact material. Name, grade, strength and pack should be written the same way on the specification and quotation.
  2. Ask which evidence is lot-linked. A representative COA and a COA for the quoted lot are different documents.
  3. Check the commercial chain. Compare seller name, bank beneficiary, contract and invoice. Verify any last-minute change independently.
  4. Do not rely on a tour for analytical results. The visit and the product test answer different questions.
  5. Review the destination first. Import, possession and resale rules are buyer-market questions, not website claims.
